I had such high hopes for these…. First I did the measurement guide, and I knew very well that I did not need a size 48 based on the measurement of my hips.
I have gotten a 29 in rock revival jeans over the years.
I did an Internet search to see what AI would recommend for a size based on that detail, and for miss me it recommended a 30
well, I definitely could’ve ordered a 29, and, I usually order longer jeans, but I should’ve ordered the short ones even though I’m 5’8”as these are quite long - and I love longer jeans.
But aside from that, there is so much fabric in the hip and groin area that I don’t even think they would work in a 29 for my personal taste.
I don’t want them tight, because I am looking for a loose fit, but it’s still just too much fabric in that area.
If Miss me was to modify this style and find a way to make them a little more slimmer with still a flare leg as it transitions towards the bottom; I would love these.
The jeans are fairly heavy as well, so to have all the extra fabric was quite surprising with how heavy a pair is. And on that note, I probably would not wear these in the summer because of it.
nevertheless, even though they don’t work for me, I do feel that for those who would like them, this is a good jeans so I’m still giving it four stars
