Thank you for purchasing from Miss Me! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days from your purchase date. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed with all original tags and labels attached. If your return does not match all of these criteria, we will not be able to process your return.
Returns will only be accepted on purchases from missme.com. If you purchased your product through an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer for your return. You must have a receipt in order for any return to be processed.
Once your return has been received, your return will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that unless your order was sent in error by Miss Me, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees must be paid for by the customer. If it was an error on our behalf, we’d be happy to provide a prepaid return label via email for the return shipment.
We are not responsible for any damage to items that have been worn, altered or washed.

UPS Ground order by December 14, 2018 at 12pm PST
UPS 2nd Day Air order by December 19, 2018 at 12pm PST
UPS Next Day Air order by December 21, 2018 at 12pm PST
Purchases made between November 1 - December 25, 2018 may be returned through January 31, 2019. Please ensure your return complies with our regular return policy.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please return your new, unaltered, unwashed item(s) with all tags and labels attached for a refund and place a new order.
Please note, item must be received in new and saleable condition.
When shipping your return to us, include a copy of your packing slip or order number along with the reason for your return. Remember to use a form of shipment that includes full tracking to confirm receipt of your return. Missme.com will not be responsible for missing or lost packages during transit. Additionally, missme.com will not be liable for customer errors made at the time of purchase. Errors will be validated against the original invoice and may take up to 10 business days to process.
Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 10 business days.

Sale items can only be returned for a Miss Me Gift Card and are not eligible for refunds. Items marked clearance are final sale and not eligible for return.
If an item was shipped incorrectly (i.e. wrong item, color, or size), missme.com will gladly issue a prepaid return label and full refund or credit for the purchase price including the shipping cost.
