Return Policy

To begin a return purchased on missme.com click here.

We accept returns and exchanges of items purchased on missme.com if they are requested within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. Exchanges or Returns for Store Credit are free! Returns to the original form of payment will be subject to a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund:

    • Pay for only the return shipping cost. We've partnered with UPS and Fedex to offer the cheapest available prices.
    • $0 restocking fee for an exchange or a refund to a store credit.

Returns will only be accepted if you purchased your item from missme.com.  If you purchased your product through an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer for your return. You must have a receipt in order for any return to be processed.

We are not responsible for any damage to items that have been worn, altered or washed.

All sales are final for international purchases.

Processing Returns

When shipping your return to us, include a copy of your invoice or order number. If you wish to use your own carrier services, remember to use a form of shipment that includes full tracking to confirm receipt of your return. Missme.com will not be responsible for missing or lost packages during transit. Additionally, missme.com will not be liable for customer errors made at the time of purchase. Errors will be validated against the original invoice. Please note that returned items must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached for your return to be processed.

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was a shipping error (i.e. wrong item, color, or size) on our behalf in which we will gladly issue a prepaid return label and full refund or credit including the shipping cost.

Errors will be validated against the original invoice.

Exchange

Once your return label and package are scanned in by UPS or Fedex, your new order will be automatically placed and you’ll receive an email with your order confirmation for the new item(s), or a redemption code to make your new purchase if store credit was requested.

Please note, item must be received in new and sellable condition.

Non-Refundable Items

Items marked as Final Sale or on sale at 50% off or over are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sale items under 50% off can only be returned for a store credit (E-Gift Card) and are not eligible for refunds.

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and is valid for 1 year from issue date.

Refused Shipments

If your shipment is refused and returned to us without prior authorization, we will refund the order value less the round trip shipping cost and any restocking fee we deem appropriate. This applies to orders that qualified for free shipping. 

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments (Excluding free shipping promotion).

Miss Me does not price match other retailers.

Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion and are not valid on previous purchases and international orders.

Warranty

We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased on www.missme.com.

Any defective item(s) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If purchased from missme.com, returns of defective item(s) may qualify for a full refund if received within the 90 day time period pursuant to missme.com’s return policy. If defective item(s) purchased from missme.com are received after the 90 day return period, returns will only qualify for partial credit or repair at our sole discretion.
