What is the status of my order? 

Please login to your account to check on the status of your order. Guests will be given an option to log in (if they already have an account that they’ve ordered from in the past) or to look up their order based on e-mail address and zip code (if they checked out as a guest previously).

Ground Shipping: Orders received by 3:00 p.m. (PST), Monday-Friday, will ship the same day in most cases.

Next Day and 2nd Day Air: Orders will ship same business day if received by 12:00 p.m. (PST) Monday-Friday, however, no guarantees are made.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

All orders will ship within 2 business days unless noted otherwise.

We do not ship to P.O. or A.P.O boxes at this time.

Note: Miss Me is not liable for delays in shipping caused by external factors (i.e. weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, traffic accidents, etc.)

We offer free Ground shipping on Continental U.S. orders over $85. (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands Excluded)

We ship using UPS.

International Shipping Policy

We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "ARE YOU OUTSIDE THE US?" button. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
