Official Rules & Entry Details 

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.


2. SPONSOR: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Victory 2020 LLC d/b/a Miss Me, located at 4715 S Alameda St, Vernon, CA 90058 (“Sponsor”).


3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.


4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM PT on March 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on March 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).


5. HOW TO ENTER:

A. Purchase Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals will automatically receive one (1) entry per person per day for making a purchase on www.missme.com, regardless of the number of purchases made that day.


Only successfully processed transactions qualify. Orders that are canceled, refunded, returned, or otherwise not completed will not be eligible for entry.


B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase Necessary

To enter without making a purchase, participants must send an email to [email protected] during the Sweepstakes Period with the subject line “Femme Fatale Sweepstakes Entry” and include the following information in the body of the email:

  • Full name

  • Valid email address

  • State of residence

  • Confirmation that entrant is 18 years of age or older

Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries, regardless of method, will receive an equal chance of winning.

C. Entry Conditions

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for and will not be liable for:

(i) any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, garbled, or corrupted entries;

(ii) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind; or

(iii) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers, providers, equipment, software, or websites.


The submission of an entry is not proof that it was received by Sponsor.


6. WINNER SELECTION: At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.


The drawing will take place on or about April 6, 2026. Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their entry. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.


7. PRIZES:

A. Purchase Entry Winners

Each winner who entered via purchase will receive a refund equal to the value of their qualifying order, with a maximum value not to exceed $500 USD (the “Actual Retail Value” or “ARV”).

  • Refund will be issued to the original form of payment where possible, or via an alternative method at Sponsor’s discretion

  • Once a refund is issued, the associated order will be considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange


B. AMOE Winners

Each winner who entered via the Alternate Method of Entry will receive a Miss Me digital store credit valued at $500 USD, valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.


Store credit is subject to terms and conditions as determined by Sponsor.


C. General Prize Conditions

  • Maximum of one (1) prize per winner

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion

  • No cash alternative will be provided except at Sponsor’s discretion


8. TAXES: Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize.


9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.


Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.


11. PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy available at: https://www.missme.com/pages/privacy 


12. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, or any other social platform.


13. WINNER LIST: To request a list of winners, send a request to: [email protected] within 30 days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
