What is the status of my Order? If you need to check on the status of your order, please login and visit your orders section here. If you have not created a login, you can visit here, enter your order details and get your tracking number.
If you are unable to find your order details please contact our customer care team and we will be happy to assist you. Please have your order number ready to help us assist you.
When will my order ship? Ground shipments placed Monday through Thursday will be shipped the next business day.
1 Day and 2 Day shipments placed before 12:30pm CST will be shipped on the same day Mon through Fri. Orders are not shipped over the weekend and on holidays.
Can I add another item to an order I just placed?
Unfortunately we are not able to add items to an existing order or change the contents of an existing order. If you wish to add another item you will need to place a new order through the site. If you place an additional order within 24 hours we will waive the shipping fees on the second order.
Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be shipped the next business day when ordered between Mon through Thur. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday (not counting holidays).
1 Day and 2 Day Shipping: Orders placed with expedited shipping before 12:30pm CST will be shipped on the same business day.
In the event of an expected delivery delay, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. Miss Me is not liable for delays due to weather, natural disasters, carrier outages, etc.
Domestic Shipping Costs
We ship using FedEx and UPS. Depending on the size of your order and your delivery location, the best carrier will be selected to ensure efficient timeliness / deliverability. We are not able to offer a custom carrier at the time of checkout at this time.
missme.com does ship internationally. Please check the countries list on the dropdown menu at checkout for pricing and availability.
missme.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O.'s.
Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for purchasing from Miss Me! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days from your purchase date. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed with all original tags and labels attached. If your return does not match all of these criteria, we will not be able to process your return.
Returns will only be accepted if you purchased your item from missme.com. If you purchased your product through an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer for your return/exchange. You must have a receipt in order for any return/exchange to be processed through our authorized retailers.
Once your return has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that unless your order was sent in error by Miss Me, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees must be paid for by the customer. If it was an error on our behalf, we’d be happy to send a pre-paid return label via email for the return shipment.
Please note: We are not responsible for any damages to items that have been worn, altered or washed. However, we will do our best to accommodate and satisfy our customers to the best of our ability.
Processing Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return your order please email email@example.com. You will be issued a return form that should be included with your return shipment.
When shipping your return to us, please remember to use a form of shipment that includes full tracking information so that we will be able to confirm receipt of your return. We also highly recommend you purchase insurance for this shipment. missme.com will not be responsible for missing or lost packages. Additionally, missme.com will not be liable for customer errors made at the time of purchase. Errors will be validated against the original order information / invoice and may take up to 7 business days to process.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. When shipping a return to us, please choose a method that provides a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation so we can confirm we have received your return. missme.com will not be responsible if the package is lost in transit.
Sale items can only be exchanged. If the same item is not available for exchange, then a store credit can be applied to your missme.com account.
If an item was shipped incorrectly (i.e. wrong item, color, or size), missme.com will gladly issue a full refund for the purchase price including the shipping cost. missme.com will send a return shipping label for any such error on our part.
