- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Missme.com will not refund the cost of shipping unless an order error occurred.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of date received. Items must be in new condition, not having been worn, washed or altered. Items must have all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Please allow up to 7 business days from the day our warehouse receive your package for your return to be processed. Once completed, you will be notified via email.
Each return mailing label is uniquely assigned to a specific return. In order to ensure that you receive the correct refund, please do not include items from other orders or other shipments in the same box. Every shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label.
At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Please feel free to place your replacement order now or when your refund / credit is issued. Our full return policy can be found here.
