To complete a return, please keep the invoice included in the package with your order. The necessary return form is on the reverse side of that invoice. If for some reason you no longer have your original invoice, please call us at (877) 600-7351 or (323) 235-6500 you can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Form.
When shipping a return to us please choose a method that provides a tracking number and/or delivery confirmation so we can confirm we have received your return. Missme.com will not be responsible if the package is lost in transit.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return it. Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days from the day you got your package. All items must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed with the original tags and labels attached. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept items that don’t meet these conditions. After we receive your return package, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where we made an error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where we made an error. In such cases, we'll send a return label for the return.
We inspect every item prior to shipping to ensure quality however any defective items will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If purchased from missme.com your order may qualify for a full refund if received within 30 days. If purchased from an authorized dealer, your return will only qualify for exchange, partial credit, or repair.
Please note: We are not responsible for any damages to items that have been worn, altered or washed. However, we will do our best to accommodate and satisfy our customers to the best of our ability.
Sale items are exchange only. If the same item is not available for exchange, then a store credit can be applied to your missme.com account.
If an item was shipped incorrectly (i.e. wrong item, color, or size), MissMe.com will gladly issue a full refund for the purchase price including the shipping cost. MissMe.com will send a return shipping label for any such error on our part.
MissMe.com will not be liable for any ordering errors made on the part of the customer. Errors will be validated against the original invoice and may take 7 business to process.
