Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Miss Me! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days from your purchase date. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn, unwashed with all original tags and labels attached. If your return does not match all of these criteria, we will not be able to process your return.

Returns will only be accepted if you purchased your item from missme.com. If you purchased your product through an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer for your return. You must have a receipt in order for any return to be processed.

Once your return has been received, your return will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that unless your order was sent in error by Miss Me, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees must be paid for by the customer. If it was an error on our behalf, we’d be happy to provide a pre-paid return label via email for the return shipment.

We are not responsible for any damage to items that have been worn, altered or washed. 

All returns must have a RMA# assigned to them before they can be sent back. Please fill out our returns form here to request your RMA. 


Processing Returns

If you would like to return your order please fill out the RMA form found here. Once your return is submitted you will be contacted by a customer service agent with your RMA number and further instructions. 

When shipping your return to us, please remember to use a form of shipment that includes full tracking information so that we will be able to confirm receipt of your return. We also highly recommend you purchase insurance for your return shipment. Missme.com will not be responsible for missing or lost packages. Additionally, missme.com will not be liable for customer errors made at the time of purchase. Errors will be validated against the original order information / invoice and may take up to 7 business days to process.

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7 business days. Missme.com will not be responsible if the package is lost in transit.


Non-Refundable Items

Sale items can only be returned for store credit and are not eligible for refunds. Items marked clearance are final sale and not eligible for return.


Refunds

If an item was shipped incorrectly (i.e. wrong item, color, or size), missme.com will gladly issue a full refund or credit for the purchase price including the shipping cost. Missme.com will provide a return shipping label for any such error on our part.
